Pinehurst Surgical Clinic’s existing fractured marketing operations resulted in a disjointed brand experience, operational inefficiencies, and a more costly marketing spend than necessary. This brand needed a marketing doctor to ensure its public presence matched its excellence in healthcare practice.
Working with each of the clinic’s 11 departments, First Flight developed universal brand guidelines as well as individualized departmental marketing plans. These initiatives will eliminate future off-brand communications while allowing departments to manage their individual efforts.
And with the established brand guidelines, First Flight is currently developing a full slate of cohesive advertisements with consistent branding and messaging.
