Moore County Schools needed an ongoing relationship with an agency ready to help them tackle any of the challenges that came their way. We have worked on several projects with them to include responding and changing course through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Like most organizations, Moore County Schools had to adapt due to COVID-19; therefore, “Choices,” a learning program, was born to accommodate everyone’s learning needs. Students could enroll in three different ways – In Person at School, Connect Virtual Academy, and Blend+Ed. The Choices campaign began with cohesive branding and rolled out into a microsite, social media, videography, and advertising.

Choices

The logo was a literal take on illustrating the three paths available to students to learn and succeed at Moore County Schools. The shape of the arrows also suggests an upward, positive trajectory.

InPerson

The simple No. 2 pencil is an icon of traditional, in-person studying, testing, note-taking, etc.

Connect! Virtual Academy

Shapes that resemble open laptops also suggest butterflies taking flight. A positive message with a colorful palette pulled from the brand standards makes for an uplifting visual treatment.

Blend+ed

The plus sign represents the blended program offered, which serves kids primarily homeschooled but partaking in some in-school activities.

We put the Moore County Choices landing page together to assist parents with deciding how to send their children to school for the 2021-2022 school year.

Teach for Moore is a website dedicated to recruiting teachers to Moore County Schools.

Moore County Schools: Social Media Campaigns

a collage of social media posts

We worked with MCS to create a social media campaign centered around their learning options that allow families to choose between in-person learning, online learning, or a blend of homeschool and public education offerings. Family comfort, student safety, and individual needs drove the message to assure families that their children would be set up for success no matter their choice.

Moore County Schools: Videos

Taking a page from the pandemic experience, Moore County Schools responded to community needs with innovative learning options. We created a series of videos bringing positive student and teacher experiences to light through personal testimony from each program.

Recruitment was another area we leveraged compelling videography to demonstrate the community and atmosphere of Moore County Schools to potential teachers with interviews and on-campus footage.
